Greater Atlanta Christian School (GA)

Prior to using TeamBuildr strength and conditioning software, GACS used workouts cards for all 275 athletes. At some point, the program realized it could not afford to continue printing for that many athletes, especially considering many athletes needed modifications that were not reflected on the cards.

Mt. Lebanon High School (PA)

Coach Cremonese used Excel and Google Docs for years until the sheer number of athletes and students to train led him to research online platforms. After implementing TeamBuildr's Weight Room View system, Coach Crem runs a paperless weight room while collecting all the data he needs.

Union High School (OK)

Union High School boasts nine football state championships which is largely attributed to the strength and conditioning program. Strength coach Kyle Friedrich implemented TeamBuildr two years ago in order to streamline programming, data collection and testing results.

Manatee High School (FL)

Coach Yusuf Shakir uses software to write workout programming both in-season and in the offseason for 150 football players which are segmented into multiple Groups depending on their age and development level.

Ennis High School (TX)

Ennis High School is a 5-time Texas 5A high school football champion. Considered a perennial powerhouse, the program fields 150 football players each year - all of which are on TeamBuildr. More impressively, there is actually no full-time strength coach on staff. Rather, the football coaches collectively run the weight room together.
